The federated ground layer

One control plane over every ground network

We federate heterogeneous ground networks — RF, optical, and commercial providers — into a unified control plane. Instead of building custom integrations for every ground station, operators get one surface. Constellation continuously ingests telemetry, weather, and operational data, combines deterministic physics with machine learning, and decides in real time: which contact to schedule, which station to use, where to route traffic, and how to respond when something fails.

As more infrastructure comes online — especially optical — operators shouldn't have to think about which provider they're using. They express mission intent; Constellation orchestrates underneath, moving workloads across the federated network to maximize uptime, throughput, and operational resilience.
